ROLL HARD. STAY CLEAN.
The Grappler's Towel
Our why:
Combat sports can be tough on your body—and even tougher on your gear. Traditional cotton towels absorb sweat but also trap bacteria, creating the perfect environment for our feared, infection-causing, bacteria and fungi. For grapplers training several times a week, that also means endless laundry or the risk of using a towel that’s less than clean.
The Grappler's Towel
About us:
Born and designed in Austin, Texas, the Grappler’s Towel was created by people who live on the mats. We know what it’s like to juggle training, work, and life—and how easy it is to cut corners on laundry after a long day. We wanted a towel that would stay fresher, longer, even through multiple uses.

FAQs
What makes Grappler’s Towel different from a regular towel?
Grappler’s Towel is made with copper-infused fibers, which are known for their natural ability to resist the growth of odor-causing bacteria and fungi. That means your towel stays fresher for longer between washes!
Does it replace good hygiene or regular washing?
No. Grappler’s Towel is not a substitute for proper hygiene. It’s designed to complement your routine by helping your towel stay cleaner between washes. Regular washing and good hygiene habits are still essential for your health and safety.
What does copper actually do?
Copper has been used for centuries for its self-cleaning properties. In lab settings, copper has been shown to reduce the growth of certain bacteria and fungi on contact. Our towel uses fibers that incorporate copper into the yarn itself, meaning it won’t wash out over time.
(Note: While copper is known to have antimicrobial properties, Grappler’s Towel is not a medical product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.)
How long does the copper last?
Because the copper is woven directly into the fibers, it doesn’t wash away or fade like coatings or sprays. With proper care, the towel will maintain its copper content and performance for the lifetime of the product.
Does the towel smell like metal or look different?
No. You won’t notice a metallic scent. The copper yarns are seamlessly blended into the cotton base, maintaining a soft, natural feel and clean aesthetic.
How should I wash it?
Wash it like any premium towel — cold or warm water, gentle detergent, and no bleach or fabric softeners (they can coat the fibers). Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results.
Is it safe for individuals with sensitive skin
Yes. Copper-infused fabrics are widely used in athletic wear, bedding, and medical textiles. Our towel is made with high-quality materials and is safe for everyday use on all skin types.
However, if you have a history of skin sensitivities or allergies to metals, we recommend consulting with your dermatologist or healthcare provider before use.
